Feedback from Cork Burger Festival 2017

Really worked well for us. Pretty solid sales every single day. The week long activity definitely drove buisiness.

Social media was key factor ! The sponsors were also very ingaging and pro active.

Def put it in the diary for next year !

We were very happy with the festival up here. Although most of our custiomers wouldn’t be on twitter and Instagram, there was a great buzz about. We sold plenty of burgers and had a much busier week than expected to be honest. We’d be more than happy to participate again if it was to go ahead next year. I thought the time of year was perfect too, usually there’s not a lot happening in Jan/Feb Also, delighted with the sponsorship by Ballymaoe.I’m sending on a cheque today. Thanks again!

During the weekend our head chef informed me that burger sales were up 300% which for Jan/ Feb is a phenomenal achievement as our customer base would be of a slightly ‘older vintage’ than most of the participating venues.

We sold out of 3/5 burgers we provided during the Festival. Overall we are delighted with the whole event. Social media clicks were up, sales were up and staff really bought into the event
